Terms and Conditions

Booking or participation in any Andrea Bandi activity constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions. By accepting, you declare that you are an adult or that you allow your minor dependent to use my services.

BOOKING AGREEMENT

The booking is confirmed when Andrea Bandi issues a written confirmation that you will receive via email (booking email accepted).

Payment must be made upon receipt of the payment request email or in any case within 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

CANCELLATION OF ACTIVITIES

I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. In these cases the entire amount will be credited back to you.

ALL cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice from the start of the activity do not provide any type of reimbursement of expenses and the entire booking sum will be retained.

The activities will take place in all weather conditions and there will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the customer due to adverse weather conditions.

There will be no refund in case of injury to the customer during the lesson.

IIn the event of non-operation by Vialattea SPA of ALL the ski lifts or in the event of interruption of the service of ALL the ski lifts due to choices independent of Andrea Bandi, 100% reimbursement of the expense is envisaged or the possibility to reschedule the lesson to another available date.

INSURANCE AND RISKS

You are aware that snowboarding is a dangerous activity and occasionally takes place in areas far from population centers and difficult to reach by mechanical means. The activities and services offered by Andrea Bandi DO NOT provide insurance coverage for the business. It is your responsibility to purchase adequate insurance coverage and ensure that it is appropriate to your and your group's needs.

We recommend purchasing the accident and liability insurance policy linked to the ski pass and remember that the latter is mandatory by law from 01/01/2022.

The use of a helmet is mandatory by law for children under 18 and for everyone inside the snow parks. The instructor is OBLIGED not to accept into the lesson the minor student who does not have one or the adult, in the case of a freestyle lesson which involves entry and use snowpark facilities. In this case there will be no possibility of compensation from Andrea Bandi and the entire amount paid will be retained.

The instructor therefore reserves the right to verify the existence of the insurance held by the user and to exempt any person who does not have it from the lesson.

Snowboarding with control and within your physical and skill limits is the responsibility of each participant. In light of this, Andrea Bandi assumes no responsibility for injuries to people during lessons.

PRIVATE LESSONS REGULATION

- The lesson time is 55 minutes. In the case of lessons consisting of several hours, only the last one will be considered 55 minutes;

- The slopes and ski lifts used during the lesson will be chosen at the sole discretion of Andrea Bandi based on the exercises to be proposed, the student's abilities and his physical condition at the time the lesson takes place.

- Lessons with more than one participant (min.2/max.5) require the most homogeneous level of snowboarding possible in order to guarantee an optimal lesson and to be able to help all participants to progress equally.

-Children aged between 8-12 years must carry out the activity with peers. Some exceptions have been made in the past at the explicit request of parents who wanted to carry out their activities with their children, in a family context, accepting to face a slower learning process. Andrea Bandi does not assume responsibility for ineffective lessons following the presence of Adult and Children (8-12 years) participants not previously communicated and therefore accepted by the instructor.

- Lessons take place in any weather situation and Andrea Bandi is not responsible for decisions relating to the operation of the ski lifts.

- The cost of the ski pass is EXCLUDED from the lesson rates.

LESSONS FOR CHILDREN

Introduction: Children under the age of 8 (or in any case less than 1.25m tall) are NOT authorized by law to board the ski lifts independently but must ALWAYS be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

For this reason, Andrea Bandi DOES NOT assume responsibility for leaving any child under the age of 8 (or less than 1.25 m tall) in the custody of third-party adults during the ascent journey on board the lifts.

Therefore, snowboard lessons for children under the age of 8 (or under 1.25 meters tall) can be held with a maximum number of 2 participants.

LESSON REGULATIONS

-It is recommended to respect the lesson times and it is Andrea Bandi's discretion to accept customers who are late for the lesson in progress.

Inadequate behavior or behavior that could put the safety or integrity of the group at risk will be discussed with those directly involved or with the parents (in the case of minors) and Andrea Bandi reserves the right to remove the customer without having to refund the cost paid.

- Participants must show up to the lesson with suitable equipment and clothing.

Andrea Bandi may not accept a student who does not have the correct clothing or who shows up with equipment that is not suitable for carrying out the lesson.

-In the case of minor students, the parent is required to show up on time at the established place, at the end of the lesson, to take the minor back into custody.
